What's in the box?

Each box contains between 4-5 full-sixe, high quality, home decor items as well as a Just Deco Style Booklet.

Items that may be included in a box are decorative trays, throw blankets, tabletop decor, table runners, ceramic decor, botanicals, and more.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Items typically take 3-5 business days to arrive once shipped. Items ship via USPS and UPS.

At this time, we only ship to the United States.

Payment Information

Do I have to pay sales tax?
Only consumers who purchase items in the state of New Jersey will be charged sales tax. Tax amounts are based on your shipping location and vary by county. Our website automatically calculates sales tax when you enter a shipping location.
When will I be charged?
Your accounts will be charged within 24 hours of payment.

Order Status

How can I check my order status?
Go to “My Account” at the top of the page. When you login, you’ll see a list of recent orders. All sales are final.
I didn't receive my box.
If your tracking information status reads "delivered", please contact us and also reach out to your carrier. If it has not been delivered, please contact the carrier directly to locate the package. Due to COVID-19, please be patient with shipping services.

After placing your order, you may click the “My Account” link to see the status of your order. Tracking numbers will be sent to the email address that has been given at the time of your account setup. You may also obtain a tracking number by clicking “Order History” in the My Accounts links section. Once you sign in, you will see an order status and a tracking number (when the items have shipped).

Can I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time by signing in to your account on www.justdecohome.comCancellations/requests must be received before renewal to avoid receiving the box and incurring cancellation fees. Cancellation requests after billing will take effect for the following billing date and are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Canceling your subscription after renewal does not provide you a refund for any already-paid or shipped boxes, nor does it stop a pending charge.  If you would like to request the cancellation of a pre-shipped order after billing has taken place, please contact us at contact@justdecohome.com. Please understand that if an exception is granted, there is a 15% cancellation/restocking fee to do so.
